These pages let New Jersey property owners request information about a possible direct sale. Submitting a form does not create an offer, contract, agency relationship, fiduciary duty, or obligation to sell.

Real estate buyer disclosure

Jersey State Home Buyers is acting as a prospective real estate buyer for its own account. Ryan Goldfarb and David Mordzynski are licensed New Jersey real estate salespersons, but Jersey State Home Buyers is not acting as your real estate broker or agent unless separately agreed in writing. You may consult your own attorney, tax professional, real estate agent, or other advisor before making a decision.

No guaranteed outcome

We do not guarantee that we will make an offer, any particular price, or a particular closing date. Any purchase terms are effective only in a separate written agreement signed by the parties.

Permitted use

Provide accurate information about a property you own or are authorized to discuss. Do not use the forms to submit another person’s private information without authority, test stolen credentials, interfere with the service, or send automated spam.

Communications

By checking the required contact box, you authorize personal phone calls or emails about your inquiry. The separate automated-contact checkbox is optional. Automated text responses identify Jersey State Home Buyers as the sender and may use a restricted AI service provider. The messaging service may ask about property ownership, condition, occupancy, timing, or callback preferences. It cannot make or negotiate offers, promise a price or closing date, provide legal, tax, or financial advice, or request sensitive identifiers. Ryan or another person will handle those subjects.
