Privacy Policy

These offer pages collect only the information needed to review a property inquiry, contact you, operate the lead-delivery system, prevent abuse, and measure advertising performance.

Information you provide

Step one requires the property address, phone number, and email address. Step two is optional and may include your name, property features, condition, repairs, occupancy, listing status, timing, goal, and preferred callback time.

Advertising and attribution data

We use restricted first-party operational storage to retain first- and last-touch campaign parameters, click identifiers—including eligible Google and OpenAI click references—landing page, referrer, timestamps, and the consent version for up to 90 days. This attribution record is necessary to route, reconcile, and audit a submitted inquiry; it is not an advertising audience record. We do not put your contact information, property answers, or motivation into analytics events, advertising URLs, or audience lists.

How information is used

Lead information is stored in a restricted database before being routed to our operational CRM and lead spreadsheet. The database remains the system of record. Delivery failures are retained for retry and audit.

Calls and text messages

We may follow up personally by phone or email about a submitted property inquiry. A separate optional checkbox allows you to consent to calls and text messages from Jersey State Home Buyers at the number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology or an artificial or prerecorded voice. Automated messaging consent is not required to submit the form or receive a property review.

When that optional box is selected, we retain the consent timestamp, the phone number supplied with the inquiry, and the exact disclosure version for audit. Automated texts identify Jersey State Home Buyers as the sender. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text to opt out or HELP for help. You may also revoke consent by calling (551) 430-9628 or emailing ryan@jerseystatehomebuyers.com. We honor reasonable revocation methods and suppress further automated messages.

Measurement choices

Optional analytics and browser advertising measurement are disabled until the applicable consent choice permits them. Server-side conversion measurement may use an opaque lead event ID and an eligible ad click reference after your inquiry is securely saved; it does not include your email, phone number, property address, property answers, or motivation. Advertising personalization, remarketing, Customer Match, audience expansion, advanced matching, and similar audience building are disabled for this program. We honor Global Privacy Control signals by keeping optional browser storage denied; the limited first-party attribution record described above remains available only for security, lead reconciliation, and audit.

Service providers

We use hosting, database, anti-bot, CRM, spreadsheet, email-alerting, analytics, advertising measurement, and AI providers only as needed to operate the program. For AI-assisted text replies, phone numbers, email addresses, and precise street addresses are removed locally before processing. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models by default; limited abuse-monitoring data may be retained for up to 30 days. Access is restricted to authorized people and service accounts.
